What makes us different from other chiropractic clinics?
The average initial chiropractic patient visit to our office takes between 45 minutes to one hour so that our Doctors of Chiropractic can provide you with a proper one-on-one evaluation, devise an individualized chiropractic treatment plan, and implement that plan during this visit. Most chief complaints can be differentially diagnosed via patient history and orthopedic tests and require no special testing (x-rays, etc.). However, if during your initial examination we believe your case warrants such evaluation we will send you to the appropriate lab(s) prior to commencement of treatment.
Follow-up visits to our office take, on average, between 20-30 minutes. Our chiropractic treatment plans tend to elicit measurable results in 4-5 visits (1-2 visits per week for 3-4 weeks). Keep in mind this is the average duration, some cases may take more and some less but the overall goal of our treatment plans is to teach you how to take care of yourself not make you reliant on us for your well-being hence why we spend so much time with patients during each visit.
The care delivered in our office is not the “rack-em-crack-em” style of treatment associated with chiropractic care. The doctors at Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness render treatment that is a combination of manual therapy (acupressure/trigger point therapy, myofascial release, massage), physiotherapy (heat/ice, electrotherapy, spinal traction, therapeutic exercise), and spinal manipulative therapy which provides our patients with a well-rounded or truly holistic approach. Hence our tagline: “Excellence in hands-on care for musculoskeletal pain. Come experience the difference!”
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU | “Life in Motion Chiropractic and Wellness will provide you with evidence-based and integrative Chiropractic care that is conventional as well as cost-effective and we will not utilize lengthy treatment plans and/or unwarranted therapies. ” |
